At Hollow Socks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new socks aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place the unwashed and unworn socks back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
